Refund policy

At VibeLoom we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags.
- We need your order number or proof of purchase.
- Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at renezamora1819@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will fix it at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it was approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order.
